I grew up in a very rural part of Eastern WA, was a high school chemistry teacher in New Orleans before medical school, went to medical school there, then did residency in New England and fellowship in California. I live in Takoma Park with my wife and work 1 day a week at the Mary’s Center and for the federal government the other days of the week.
