Frances joined the Mary’s Center team August 2018. She is a first-generation Puerto Rican-American and considers it a privilege to bear witness to the resiliency of the human spirit. Frances believes that the art of building and maintaining healthy relationships is the cornerstone of healing and wellness. During her free time, she enjoys music, dancing, yoga, cooking, painting, and reading.
