Elise is a licensed graduate therapist specializing in person-centered therapy for children, teens, and adults. With a focus on creating a safe and supportive environment, she helps clients process trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and neuro-divergency. Drawing from a person-centered theoretical orientation, Elise believes in building a strong therapeutic relationship and tailoring treatment to the unique needs and goals of each individual client.
As a therapist, Elise is committed to providing culturally competent care and integrating multicultural services into treatment. Fluent in French, she is proud to offer therapy sessions in both English and French to meet the needs of Francophone clients. With a warm and empathetic approach, Elise works collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop skills to navigate life’s challenges.
Elise holds a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University and has 4 years of experience in community mental health settings. In addition to counseling, Elise is also skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy, spiritual counseling, and relationship building; and is passionate about empowering clients to live their best lives.
