I’m originally from New York State and relocated to the DC area in July of 2021. My career began working with early childhood and elementary-aged children and their families before I found my passion working with teenagers in middle and high schools. I believe caring for our mental health is as foundational to our wellbeing as caring for our physical health, and I am dedicated to helping others give themselves their best chance at a happy, healthy life. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, baking, going on walks, reading, binge watching bad reality TV, and spending time with my girlfriend, friends, and family.
