Share Insights to Create a Healthier Future
The Community Engagement Council (CEC) is a dedicated group of participants from Mary’s Center and Briya Public Charter School, our partner in education, who help us to better serve our community. By sharing their experiences as users of our services, CEC members provide essential insights into the needs of local families. Collaborating on special projects and working groups, the CEC is vital in fostering a healthier, thriving future for all.
Member Requirements
- Attend a 2-hour virtual meeting once a month
- Attend at least 9 meetings in a year
- Able to speak and write in English
- Participate in meeting discussions and share ideas
- Respect all CEC members
- Review the information given to you and offer feedback
- Review questionnaires and surveys and offer feedback
- Provide ideas on how to improve the participant experience
- Discuss ways to help more people access services
- Be a positive voice for Mary’s Center and Briya PCS in the community
